- Max World Bistro is located in quaint Haiku town at 810 Kokomo Road, just 2 minutes off Hana Highway. The owners just hired a new chef who has lived all over the world and brings an incredible menu of "comfort foods from around the world." The menu is impressive with 14 countries represented at very reasonable prices. Food preparations are from local organic farms and the portions are large. You can also buy vegan and vegetarian dishes.
Upon entering the restaurant you instantly feel the aloha spirit. The casual family dining is great for small children. Local musicians perform most weekends. This is a great find off the beaten path.
