West Maui and Molokai Helicopter Tour

Description:

  • On this helicopter tour, the West Maui Mountains tour is combined with a flight across the Pailolo channel - from the "The Valley Isle" to the "Friendly Isle"! Explore the deep, meandering valleys set in the rainforest of the ancient West Maui Mountains. Knife-edged ridges with mist-shrouded peaks separate the spectacular valleys that give Maui its nickname, "The Valley Isle".

Waterfalls cascade down from towering cliffs into the streams running along the rainforest floor. See the famous Iao (meaning "Supreme Light") valley, a place of history and beauty and the eroded caldera of the West Maui mountains is an amphitheater where four streams converge.

Your helicopter will fly across the Pailolo Channnel, where you may catch a glimpse of a Humpback Whale, to the impressive sea cliffs and waterfalls of Molokai's North Shore. Molokai is one of the less populated islands in the Hawaiian chain and it will leave you knowing exactly what Hawaii is all about! Molokai has the world's highest, most spectacular sea cliffs, Hawaii's tallest waterfall, remote valleys and the famous Kalaupapa peninsula and you will have the opportunity to explore the magnificent sea cliffs and waterfalls of Molokai's rugged North Shore.
