Located just west of Medford and taking its name from the 300-year-old oaks that shade the front yard, this B&B offers a step back in time to the days of iced tea on the veranda, croquet on the lawn, and stolen kisses behind the barn. Romance is the name of the game here, with beds piled with plump pillows and lace curtains swaying in the summer breezes. The guest rooms are furnished with antiques, and two have separate sitting rooms. Throughout the house you'll find antique quilts and Tibetan carpets, which give the inn a touch of country class, and in summer, fresh-cut flower arrangements fill the house. Out back there is a huge deck that overlooks the inn's 10 acres of land and its gazebo, garden, and barns.
