Description:
This popular bar is located in a remodeled terrace house which gives it that certain "having a beer at a mates place" type feel. It's also a great place to have a beer or two before or after watching the football at the nearby Melbourne Cricket Ground (MCG). You couldn't tell from the front but a handy little beer garden is out the back and ideal for those warmer days. There is occasional live music, which is best viewed when propped up on the bar stool at the bar. The staff are always friendly and the whole place is unpretentious. Sundays are especially popular with locals as the bar puts on a free BBQ in the afternoon and happy hour prices for drinks are available.
