• The restaurant at Blanch House is an in-house affair. All involved are dedicated to excellence in food, service and wines but with no pretensions. You can sit back and take pleasure in the relaxed atmosphere of dinner while enjoying innovative food, attentive and personal service, and superb wine and cocktail lists.
  
  Located towards the rear of the hotel in a white, cubed shaped room the restaurant gives an overall feeling of space and freshness. White leather banquet seating and simple walnut tables makes it a perfect backdrop for the food which should always take centre stage. Local art hangs on the walls and is changed every weeks to give you a different feeling in the room every time you visit.
  
  The menu changes with the seasons and availability to ensure that only the freshest high quality produce is used. Meat, vegetables and dairy products are locally sourced and organic where possible. Fish comes from the local day boats and the finest local suppliers.
