Description:
- Run by the chef who ran the kitchens at the New Delhi Hyatt Regency for 17 years, it is no surprise that this establishment offers high quality Indian fare. The restaurant has an intimate, but formal feel, to complement the menu. Samosas, garlic chicken or chicken tikka, all make good starters. For the main course choose from vegetarian and non-vegetarian dishes such as Tandoori chicken, Goa fish curry with coconut milk and spices and dhingri mutter mushroom and green pea curry in a tomato sauce. Accompaniments include rice dishes, and roti and naan breads.
