- Owner Chris Badenoch made his name on the TV show Masterchef, where he incorporated his love of craft beer with the commonly disused body parts of animals. Josie Bones is a culmination of these two things where items such as Rolled Pigs Head or Trotter Fritters are matched with some hard to find beers. In fact, many regard the beer list here as the best in the State of Victoria though it does not come cheap. The atmosphere is very cozy, resembling a Belgian bar, so propping oneself on the bar is welcome. Due to its popularity it is a good idea to book ahead.
