- Who would have thought that a vegetarian café that serves authentic Mexican fare and is tiny in size would become one of the most popular and beloved eating spots in Collingwood. Every local has their favourite, from the mammoth size burrito (excellent after a few beers), to the spicy nachos that are ideal for sharing. Somewhat surprisingly considering the standard of food on offer, the "trippy fries" have become one of the streets signature dishes. Inside there are only a few tables and it can get cramped, though there are a few tables on the sidewalk and plans are underway to move around the corner to bigger premises.
