Vlado's - Melbourne

  • Description:

    • Vegetarians look away now. Since 1964, Vlado Gregurek, has been spoiling the city by offering arguably the best cuts of steak in the city. Offering only a fixed four course menu filled with sausages, liver, pork neck, medallions and ….well you get the picture. It's a meat lovers paradise as the waiter brings out a tray of raw rump steak for the customer to choose. Meat is cooked over hot coals, that have been burning since the early morning. Vlado calls this a 'wet' heat that doesn't dry out the meat while it's cooking. The dessert is not meat related funnily enough but by then diners might have had their fill.
