Built in 1883, Normanby Chambers was originally home to barristers, who sentimental with thoughts of London, based themselves in the area of Little Collins Street that was then known as Chancery Lane. Today, the ground floor of this impressive, redeveloped building is home to Shannon Bennett's modern French fine dining.
