- This American style Japanese restaurant features the communal teppanyaki grill, where the chef makes jokes and demonstrates remarkable dexterity with the cutlery. At Shogun, the filet mignon, salmon, and scallops are stand outs. Teppanyaki dinners come with a shrimp appetizer, small salad, fried rice, and two excellent dipping sauces. Additional menu items include an outstanding miso soup, tempura and sushi. You can sit at the teppanyaki, choose a quiet room for other choices from the menu or sit at the sushi bar. Dress code is casual.

I'm not a big fan of going to Japanese steakhouses for dinner. Personally, I think all of them are very overpriced. However, this place offers a fantastic lunch for around $10....

Habatchi chefs and food is very good. have ate there several times and love the flare and its quiet enough to hold a conversation.
