Accommodations are on the 4th to 14th floors – 189 rooms including 6 that are ADA-compliant guestrooms and 35 suites. Deluxe rooms – the least expensive – contain 538 square feet of space and are furnished in a contemporary style with cream, light green, and pale purple accents. Frequent visitors gush over the much-hailed St. Regis Butler Service; Chief Concierge Arturo Ortiz knows the city inside out. In addition to the Remède Spa, Exercise Room, and Restaurante Diana, the hotel features the Children's Club, where activities include English-Spanish lessons. The Zona Rosa and Chapultepec Park are within walking distance.
