- When La Buena Tierra opened it's first location in La Condesa, the two brothers that own this chain had already experienced success in the restaurant business with a novel concept where you would serve yourself and pay by the weight of Chinese food you put on your plate.
They did a 180 with this vegetarian restaurant that caters to people who prefer natural and organic ingredients. The menu is extremely varied with every type of sandwich and salad you can think of. Has a VERY large menu, with a lot of options that are light, health conscious, and vegetarian. Exactly what we needed. Service was prompt, food was great.
