- This place has seen a lot of changes. Decades ago, it started out as a twin-cinema hall. Later it got bit by the corporate bug and was transformed into a multiplex. Recently, it was purchased by the City of Miami Beach and was made into the performance hub that it is now. Various performances like dance and plays are held here regularly. Moreover, speakers and lecturers on films and other fields also utilize this theater as a venue for their speeches.
