Located on an exclusive island just off Miami Beach, this hotel is a luxurious fusion of Fantasy Island, Lifestyles of the Rich and Famous, and Survivor. Just minutes from South Beach, it's still worlds away. The only way to get there is by private ferry, which shuttles guests to and from the mainland every 15 to 20 minutes. It can be a hassle, but it does run on a very regular schedule. The ferry lets residents on first, so if there's no room after all the Bentleys roll on, you'll have to wait for the next one. Don't worry if you are carless -- golf carts are the island's preferred mode of transportation. Rooms vary in size and shape, and cottages come with hot tubs. There's also a world-class spa, restaurants, tennis, golf, and pretty much everything to entertain the island's offbeat millionaires -- you know, the kind who tug their Gucci-clad pooches around in their Rolls Royce golf carts.
