  • I booked my hotel, went to check in, they told me I have to pay 15 dollars per day for services. Am I not paying the hotel already to stay? This is the highest charge for the services...

    The Chelsea is Beautiful

  • I went to Miami on a business trip and stay on South Beach were the conference was. My business partner and I checked into the Chelsea and it don't look all that from the outside....

    intentionally deceiving

  • I and three friends booked this hotel over kayak. We arrived and they claimed they could not find our reservation 'in the system.' The receptionist then faked writing an email...
