Until I discovered this Mexican oasis in the midst of South Florida farmland, I never had a good enough reason to leave my quasi-cosmopolitan confines in Miami for rural Homestead, way down south. I've put major mileage on my car since I first stumbled upon this 96-seat family-run restaurant a few years ago, when I was lost and very hungry. Fabulous (and I mean fabulous) Mexican fare -- tacos, enchiladas, and burritos drenched with the freshest and zestiest salsa this side of Baja -- is what you'll find here in abundance. It may sound odd to travel from a big city with tons of restaurants to farm country for Mexican food, but trust me: It's so cheap and delicious, it's worth the trip.

Short and sweet. The owner had one waitress on the floor, full house , it's not her fault but waitrd over 30 mins for 2 entrees..needed refills for about ten minutes. Ended up...

Ok this restatraunt looks great from the outside. It is highly recommended as authentic Mexican food. DO NOT EAT HERE. There have been deaths and sightings of large and rude roaches...
