Description:
Also in the Mary Brickell Village, this upscale chain Mexican is always lively and not just because the frozen pomegranate margaritas pack a major punch. A stunning decor with 15-foot waterfall and a great bar scene are two assets, but Rosa's use of serious spices and tableside guacamole preparation, served in a lava rock bowl with homemade tortillas (they make them right there in the middle of the dining room!) make this one of Miami's most talked about in a long time. Among the dishes: Mole de Xico, a Veracruz mole made with mulatto, ancho and pasilla chiles or a choice of Mestizas, a sauce of roasted tomatillos, tomatoes, and chipotles; and Chamorro, a crispy pork shank, slow-roasted for 6 hours, dipped in the deep fryer, and served with mushroom-chipotle cream sauce and red bean-chorizo chili. And did we mention the margaritas and the guacamole? !Olé!

Not the best mexican food in town, but I have to say that they do have the best guacamole. Fresh and really tasty. I would come here only for that.
