Description:
A quiet sensation in South Beach terms, Sardinia doesn't need celebrity sightings and publicists to boost their business. And it's not your typical caprese salad and fusilli pasta factory, either. For starters, the cheese and salumi plates will transport you -- or at least your palate -- to Italy, as will the rest of the innovative menu, consisting of oriechette with wild boar; crunchy fried sweetbreads with Brussels sprouts; and rabbit with Brussels sprouts and beets. Sure, the food's a bit heavy, but it's worth it. As for scene here, it's all about the food, although the bar is always bustling with people waiting for highly coveted tables.
