The tomato pie is the ultimate original GOURMET pizza that was created in Italy. It is a light, flaky pastry crust that is thicker on the sides and thinner in the center, as the cheese covers the enter circumference. Unlike a traditional deep-dish pizza, a tomato pie crust is light and airy, which creates a crispy delicacy that truly melts in your mouth. The rich homemade tomato sauce is made from whole tomatoes, tomato puree and fresh herbs, topped with the highest quality imported cheeses and baked to a golden brown perfection. We have 14 years of success in the South Miami area. The original recipe in its entirety is still used today, under the strictest supervision to maintain the quality and consistency. Our menu has expanded to include whole wheat crust in addition to our fresh homemade salads served in French boule breads and a healthy selection of wrap sandwiches.
