• Just 25 minutes south of Fort Lauderdale Airport and 15 minutes from South Beach, this 18-hole championship classic layout was built in 1936 by famed architect Red Laurence. Small, well-bunkered and contoured greens provide exciting rounds for all golfers. Bob Hope, Joe DiMaggio, Arnold Palmer, and Sam Sneed have graced the lush fairways. The front nine calls for precise approach shots into small greens. The second nine places more of an emphasis on tee shots. If you don't hit it straight off the tee on the back nine, you are in for a long day.
