Using fresh and healthful ingredients, executive chef Robert Price and his staff prepare appetizers such as oysters bingo, barbecued curried mussels, and house-smoked Atlantic salmon. These preludes segue tastefully to hearty house favorites like Zinfandel-braised beef short ribs, grilled skirt steak, barbecue baby-back ribs, smoked Sonoma duck, and variable fresh-catch selections. (See MENU.) Take note of the brick smokehouse on our back patio, where some of our most popular dishes get their distinctive flavors.
