• Aster Cafe is one of the many bars (located in the picturesque St. Anthony Main area of Minneapolis) that are a great place to grab a bite before or after a movie or the theater. The outdoor seating provides a majestic view of the Mississippi River. During the summer most people come to sit outside, people-watch and have a few drinks. The indoor dining area is filled with large tables and spacious booths. The menu is strictly American with homemade soups and sandwiches, burgers and fries, alongside a terrific desserts menu - the red velvet cupcake, in particular, is hard to resist. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages are served.
