Description:

  • CafĂ© Lurcat makes its home in a restored urban building just off Loring Park. A hip crowd dines and passes the time here, often just before or after events at the nearby Walker Art Center. A simple but vogue decor pairs beautifully with the restaurant's simple but sophisticated menu: apple, cheese and chive salad; foie gras with prosciutto and roasted pears; prime rib with bĂ©arnaise; sea bass marinated in miso. The adjoining Bar Lurcat offers a variety of small plates and a 200-bottle wine list with 40 wines by the glass.
