- This bar and grill at the DoubleTree Hotel Minneapolis Park Place caters to guests and the nearby office building crowd that filters in after work. Situated in close proximity to the hotel pool, you will be able to enjoy your drink within earshot of the kids. It is wonderful for parents who want to take a break while the kids swim. Live music is occasionally featured but the strategically placed TVs provide the chief entertainment. If you do not mind the smell of chlorine from the pool, the grill serves a standard menu of burgers, sandwiches and meat and potato entrées. The wine list is short but the beer selection is extensive. Liquor and soft drinks round out the beverage selection. Pizza and the inexpensive children's menu are bound to keep the kids happy. While at the Doubletree eat here. Try the walleye taco's. The service is great. If you like burgers, try the buffalo burger. A good one.
