- This restaurant has been serving possibly the best steak in town for more than 50 years. As soon as you enter, you can feel the atmosphere of elegance and tradition. Red leather circular booths are tiered in the lounge; everyone has a good seat for either the large screen TV or the floor acts featured Wednesday through Saturday. The feast commences in the Red Room or the Gold Room. The dining rooms are less dramatic than the lounge; the food is the star here. Choose from sirloin, New York strip or filet steaks, which are broiled over open charcoal broilers and can all be paired with lobster tails. If your appetite fails you, try the beef kabob or the chicken breast. There is also a walleye dinner with all the trimmings. A full wine list is available, as is an array of cocktails, beers and juices.

Take a step back into time...

Steaks are outstanding...excellent local wines, and the setting is right out of the roaring 20's. Do not miss the red curved booths in the bar.

Great steaks. Basic meat and potato menu. Very good prices. Nothing fancy, but the relish tray at the beginning of the meal is a nice touch.
