- St.John's Lutheran Church, founded in 1883, is a congregation of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America(ELCA). The mission of the church is to build and nurture a community of trust and faith. A visit to this solemn church takes you into a new realm away from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. A division of the church, St.John's Child Care Center is engaged in servicing the child-care and educational needs of children. One of the many things that the church is involved in is Chi Rho. It is a camp undertaken to provide a stable, safe and comfortable environment to the youth by enhancing their cultural and academic skills.
