• It may be a chain, but Fiesta Mexicana serves up huge portions of cheap, tasty food. The brightly-colored menus serve typical Mexican fare such as burritos, tostadas, enchiladas, tacos, and combo plates, with a pretty large selection within each category (i.e. Enchilada Mole, Super Enchilada, Enchilada Ranchera). They also offer chicken, seafood, and beef dishes, desserts, a "los ninos" menu, and lunch specials. Drink choices include the usual soda suspects as well as large, very good margaritas. Service can be exceptionally cheerful and speedy, although that may vary on busy weekend nights. They win points for their intriguing décor: a Southwest jungle look.
