    • Featuring comfort foods, Moab Diner has been a Moab institution for years. This is not cutting edge cuisine – instead, come here hungry for a hearty breakfast, burgers, and other American classics. While Moab Diner has a section of the menu dedicated to "Heart-N-Healthy" items (Lemon Pepper Chicken, Cottage Cheese and Fruit Plate), we all know why you came here: a Smothered Moab Melt with a side of Stuffed Jalapeños. They say Moab Diner has the best Green Chile in Utah, and the cars in the always full parking lot seem to agree with that assertion. Try a Hot "Rod's" Hickory Burger, Miner's Mushroom Burger, or a Ranch Chicken Sandwich. For breakfast, dig into the Fisher Tower French Toast or the Hans Flat Pancake (names after local attractions). Dinner options may not be quite as heart-healthy, but they are pretty darn delicious.
