  • After a long day hiking in the sun, nothing can be more perfect than an ice cold beer and a slice of pizza. At Zax, a casual atmosphere and all-you-can-eat pizza buffet ensure you won't leave grumpy or hungry. For those who'd prefer a less pie-filled evening, Zax has an extensive menu of burgers and various entrees, including Chicken Parmigiana, Grilled New York Strip Steak, and an all-you-can-eat salad bar. An choice-filled kids menu includes Dinosaur Chicken Nuggets, Pasta and Meatballs, and Mini Corn Dogs. The Watering Hole, a private club, has the largest selection of alcohol in Moab, and the main restaurant itself has surprisingly long beer and wine list – in addition to their homemade draft root beer.

  • We liked Zax so much we ate there twice during our five night stay in Moab. Great selection of local and big brand beers. If you don't have kids, there is a separate bar area...

  • When we arrived, the hostess was tied up so Jesus, a busser, saw us waiting and came over and graciously escorted us to a table. Are server, Perez, did a great job and was very friendly...

  • I was at Zax's with a good part of Our family ..about 23 of us all told...the food was pretty good but the service was even better..Our waitress ..Luisa was a blessing....not only...
