- Blackstone is best know for its fruity, full-bodied Merlots. One of the larger Monterey County wineries, it crushes more than 35,000 tons of grape each year. Blackstone also bottles Chardonnay, Riesling, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, Zinfandel and Sauvignon Blanc. Tasting room includes art gallery.
