The Caracciolis are a wine family, with deep roots in the business. Their latest venture is the Cellars, a "lively-but-loungy, hip-but-old-world" tasting room, as one area expert put it. They also ferment their own sparkling and still Monterey County wines, a unique aspect and personal assurance that the staff will know what they're talking about in describing and recommending wines.
