- The Grillon Salon Bar is a great revamped pub in the Gay Village area of Montreal. The atmosphere has an urban chalet vibe, with its wooden walls and comfortable décor. The menu, however, is a trendy mix of tapas-style appetizers, such as the delicious jalapeño chicken wings and cornish hen, and finger-licking fast food such as the burger or roasted chicken trios. They offer a great selection of beers, as well as amazing martinis, particularly the apple martini, made with natural apple juice and real apple cider. The Grillon also holds weekly happy hours on Martini Thursdays and a monthly Mardi Gras theme night.
