• L'Entoilage is a very popular lunch spot within the Montreal student and worker community. The young owners have created a very chic open space with an art gallery feel which contrasts with the usual crowded vibe of coffee shops and small bistros. They specialize in homemade Asian cuisine, which is usually pretty hard to find. Some of their inexpensive and savory Asian-themed lunches include Teriyaki burgers, Japanese omelets and Hayashi Rice, accompanied by miso soup. For dessert, delicious macaroons are offered in a variety of colors and flavors, as well as roulade cake and other European-style pastries. Doubling as a tea salon, only premium quality Japanese tea is served, as well as lattes, espressos and cappuccinos.
