- One of Montreal's foremost sushi restaurants, this place has suffered from mixed reviews over the past few years; but it remains a very pleasant and popular place to eat in Côte-des-Neiges. Specialties include Shishamo, or grilled sea smelt, and a few other Japanese standards (tempura vegetables, for instance) in addition to the full roster of sushi. The adventurous might try the Sushi Pizza. Diners here tend to take their time, and the staff are more than willing to accommodate; it is a soothing, sedate neighborhood fixture.
