Let the dopey name and punny-funny menu deter you and you'll miss a meal that may constitute one of your fondest food memories of Montréal, at least if you're of the breakfast-is-best school of gastronomy. Even if the dishes are tagged with names like Eggsiliration and Oy Vegg, prices are low and portions are huge. There are eight variations of Eggs Benedict alone, with sandwiches, burgers, and pastas options as well. In summer, the restaurant stays open into the evening. This is a chain ("constantly eggspanding," as they put it) with a half-dozen locations in the city.
