Description:
- Zero in on Philinos if you suddenly have a hankering for late night nibbles, lively music and intelligent conversation. The room is softly lit, with a long bar and green marble tabletops. Dishes include hot and cold appetizers such as tyganopsomo (fried bread with various spreads), kalamarakia tyganita (fried calamari), and the Cold House Pikila (cold appetizer combo). The mezedakia, a mixed grill of sausage, pork, lamb and chicken, is a house specialty. The service is both fast and friendly. The very affordable wine list includes a Greek Agioritikos.
