Description:

  • Vertige serves new-age cuisine by the European-trained chef d'orchestre, Thierry Baron. This restaurant is an addition to the otherwise Greek mix of the Duluth strip, and the French-inspired menu includes classic Beef Tartar, Bison Bourguignon, and Filet Mignon. The menu also includes a selection of foie-gras and vegetarian specials. Vertige serves the European wines in classic décor. Group menus are also available; see the website for further details. -Andrew Princz
