Looking for housing

Hello there. I have recently got my immigrant visa to Canada and am planning on moving there soon. I am also planning to attend Concordia University from this September onwards. The on-campus housing at Concordia is filled up and I am looking for a place to live in Montreal. My preferences- Close to the Concordia University campus. Economic. Overall, a good place suitable for University students. Would be great if you could provide me some information - or any advice in general regarding this. Thanks!
