- The four-star Katerina Hotel (owned by the Swedish company Sweagent Ltd.) was opened in 1998. It is located on the banks of the Moskva River in the vicinity of the Riverside Towers Business Center, some 2 kilometres from the Kremlin. All the rooms are comfortably furnished in Scandinavian style. There is a study, a telephone and a satellite TV in every room. And if you want extra space and luxury, the hotel offers two suites with a jacuzzi and a large study. The hotel security is on 24 hour duty. In the Katerina Restaurant, the Swedish chef proves he is an accomplished master of Swedish, Russian and international cuisine. There is an extensive wine list to cater to any taste. A Swedish buffet breakfast is also available.
