- Its very French place in Moscow with french cuisine and choice of wine but not only french. You can use free WiFi there as well having a glass of red or white wine and sharing a starter plate with your friend. There are two in Moscow one is on Tsvetnoy boulevard and another on is on Nikitsky boulevard
