Description:
- The cuisine is more adventurous than your average Chinese restaurant. For starters, try some marinated scorpion accompanied by a salad of Chinese wood mushrooms. Then move on to Chinese black eggs which are cooked in sand, soil or sawdust over a period of a month. Another tasty entrée is snake soaked in Chinese vodka. At the restaurant entrance there is a semi-ruined replica of a Chinese summer garden. The interior hall is a good imitation of traditional Chinese style: large lacquer paintings on the walls and wooden panels on the ceiling. The golden, red and black colours of the interior are a beautiful contrast to the snow-white tablecloths. The restaurant accommodates just 16 people. They also have a VIP room for six to eight people. There is an excellent selection of seafood cooked in a traditional Chinese manner. A good thing to try is the Sea House, cooked from a great variety of invertebrates. The restaurant speciality is Bull's Pride - two gleaming broiled bull's testicles nicely garnished with greens and vegetables. Scorpio's Nest is prepared from marinated scorpions. A serving of eight Chinese dumplings with a choice of various stuffings.
