- As a name suggests, the restaurant offers a splendid panoramic view over Moscow. It's located on the 22nd and 23rd floors of the Golden Ring Hotel on one bank of the Moskva River. There's a special glass-fronted area allowing diners to peer out on to the city. After 7pm, there's live music provided by harps and violins. The Panorama restaurant specializes on European cuisine. Example dishes include Golden Ring Lobster and Pork Fillet with Pistachio Crust. The restaurant has a great choice of French, Italian and Spanish wines.
