- This is the one museum in Mostar that you shouldn't skip on. Located in & underneath the Tara tower, it displays the archaeological artifacts found on location during the restoration of the Old Bridge in the early 00's-from a wooden water-supply pipe from the Middle Ages to a helmet which you could easily imagine on Beowulf. The view-top offers one of the best angles to snap a pic of the Old Bridge. The underground part of the museum is even more interesting & more accessible since the stairways in the tower are very steep. Here you'll see the foundations of the bridges predating Hajruddin's famous bridge and a film about the restoration of the bridge after the 1990's wars.
