Try Aurus or Aer. Aer gives you a rooftop place to party :) My gf goes there alot and loves it. There is a lot of eye candy too.
If you want to go celeb hunting then try Olives in bandra :)

Try Hawaian Shack in Khar/Bandra. A good place to dance where stags are allowed. Also Toto's Garage is a good pub in Bandra. Or try Elbo room. Many places in Bandra or Juhu to hang around.

Bippy, as you know that Mumbai is big.. and nightlife is spread all across the city.. Depends where you are staying.. like others mentioned.. Aurus, Vie Lounge, Trilogy, Royalty and few more are in Khar to Juhu Area..
Others from Lower Parel to Worli there are others: Aer, Canvas, Hype, Red Light, Bonobo, Hard Rock Cafe, Shiro's are few others.. So like i said which area you are staying..!!! Enjoy Mumbai.. It Never Sleeps..!!
