• Cafe newsBAR stretches around the corner of Amalienstraße and Shellingstraße and is filled with a fairly young, hip, and intelligent crowd due to its proximity to the University. The atmosphere varies throughout the day, progressing from a leisurely breakfast to lively evening discussion over lattes and drinks. If you're missing a slice of home, take advantage of the wall of newspapers, including some in English! The prices are good for the quality of food and atmosphere, certainly better than more centrally located establishments. If you're not sure where to head next, ask a staff member for a local pick.
