Alter Botanischer Garten

Description:

• The Alter Botanischer Garten is the old botanic garden, now simply a small park between the main train station and the downtown area, but just north so that most tourists never see it.  The park offers a large children's play area on the west end, a beer garden and Bavarian restaurant on the north end, and a fountain of Neptune with plenty of benches on the North Eastern corner. 
  
  Although this is a small park, especially on hot summer nights this can be a lovely place for a stroll.
