Hello Tatiana,
good to hear that you're planning to visit Munich. It's a great city, I'm sure you know that already :)
I can give you the name of not a good restaurant but of the best asian cuisine restaurant in Munich - Tantris. Here is their website www.tantris.de . May be you'll think it's a bit expensive but it is worth it.
Talking about clubs and bars, I would definitely recommend you to visit Hard Rock Cafe, the Atomic cafe or Crowns Club. They are all in the central area of the city - not more than 10 mins from Marienplatz. And they are all close to each other so if you think that one of them is not good you can quickly go to one of the others. Actually this street (or area) is full with nice clubs so Im sure you'll have fun there :)
Wish you a great experience here and moments to never forget.
Sima

Tantris is also the most ridiculously expensive restaurant you could recommend to someone. However, that makes a good point. What price range do you want? Technically Tantris is a top pick which is in all the guide books, but it is out of the budget of nearly everyone I meet...and I'm a tour guide who meets 10-30 people from all over the world daily. This link has a list of Chinese restaurants in Munich: http://www.toytowngermany.com/munich/chinese_restaurants_in_munich.html ...of those restaurants, I would recommend Jade China Restaurant Hofangerstr. 7, Ramersdorf or Kam Yi Rosenheimerstr. 32, Haidhausen, Tel. 089 4481366 Another great choice would be this: China Restaurant Mandarin Lederer Straße 21, Altstadt This one has good food, but also possibly important, a good location. It's right around the corner from the famous Hofbrauhaus, which if you're sight-seeing you'll want to go and see anyways. This is the only one of the three that is in the center of town.
