  • The Kingston Plantation Resort is a 145-acre oceanfront resort community in the heart of Myrtle Beach, SC. With a rolling wooded terrain, freshwater lakes, beautiful dunes, and a half mile of secluded beach, Kingston Plantation is in the center of it all. Kingston Plantation has four majestic oceanfront condo towers with spectacular views of the wide sandy beaches from private balconies. The oceanfront towers include the North Hampton, South Hampton, the luxurious Brighton Towers, and the spectacular new Margate Tower. A variety of spacious one, two, three and four bedroom vacation rental accommodations are available with views of the ocean and plantation. CHECK-IN is at 1304 Professional Drive, Suite B, Myrtle Beach, SC 29577. A credit card imprint will be required at check in for security deposit. Housekeeping includes linens and departure cleaning. Cleaning fee of USD 125 will be collected at check-in. If you plan to arrive after 5pm, please call 843-839-2737 prior to arrival for check-in information. If you do not contact the office prior to arrival access will not be granted to the property until the following business day with no refunds. All guests must return to the office the following business day to complete check in procedures. Please note that a USD 165.00 cleaning fee for 2 bedroom and USD 195.00 cleaning fee for 3 bed room units will be collected at check-in. A USD 10.00 optional daily resort fee applies per unit for use of the fitness center, indoor pool, and tennis courts. Outdoor pools and pools at Royal Palms are accessible to guests free of charge.
