Description:
The dining room of one of Myrtle Beach's most upscale and up-to-date resorts isn't the flashiest restaurant in Myrtle Beach, but it's one of our favorites thanks to excellent and sophisticated food as well as an old-school emphasis on Southern good manners. Menu items are genuinely imaginative and surprisingly stylish: Think Hudson Valley foie gras with fresh seasonal fruit chutney, spiced pecans, and pomegranate molasses onions and a tomato cream sauce. The geometrically patterned cypress that sheathes the walls and ceiling was dredged out of a nearby swamp.
